tina Fisher grew up in southern california, always wanting to be a chef, but she had to try her hand at other things first - PR, personal assistant, data and programming administration. She finally launched a culinary career 7 years ago, working at City Club San Francisco, Taste Catering, Town Hall & Clift Hotel. The bakery has been an opportunity to showcase her talent for making scrumptious baked goods.

Nigel B. our faithful and loyal mascot, with us since the beginning. Loves the bakery and people as much as we do. He also fills in as a taste tester when needed.

andrea ortega began baking for family and friends and realized that it was something she loved. After watching her grandmother cook and bake delicious cakes for every Sunday family dinner, she decided that was her path. After working in retail for 15 years she decided to make a change and come to san francisco. Andrea went to culinary school where she met tina and 5 years later opened baked. cakes, sweets& treats. andrea loves to decorate and create cakes that make people come together and celebrate.
